We help you win Disability benefits.

Don’t think you can afford Social Security Disability lawyers fees? Think again.

You’ll never pay a penny up-front.

Social Security Disability Lawyers’ Fees - SSDHelpNow.comWe understand tough times. Most of our clients desperately need Disability benefits, but they usually don’t know where to begin and have zero money for a lawyer. Sound familiar?

Many people are surprised when we tell them securing the services of McDonald Law Firm will not cost them anything up-front. Ever.

We front all the expenses during the Social Security Disability process, no matter how long it takes. If we are successful, you should get monthly cash payments, healthcare insurance, and quite possibly, a lump sum of accrued back pay.

We only get paid if you win.

Perhaps the biggest reason people don’t hire a Social Security Disability lawyer is because they wrongly assume they can’t afford one. The reality is that you can get outstanding legal representation right now.

At McDonald Law Firm, we work on contingency, which means we only get paid if we win your case. Even then, our fees are capped and highly regulated by the Social Security Administration. The SSA mandates that we can’t collect more than 25 percent of your past-due benefits (back pay accrued while you waited for Social Security to approve your case) or $6,000, whichever is less.

For example…
Let’s say your case was finally approved and you were awarded $20,000 in back pay. The maximum amount that could be collected for Social Security Disability lawyers fees would be $5,000 ― 25 percent of $20,000. You will take home $15,000.

Now, let’s look at a different scenario. Let’s say you were awarded $50,000 in past-due benefits. In that case, the attorneys fees would NOT be $12,500. They would be $6,000 due to the fee cap. You would collect $44,000.

The federal government cuts our check.

Our fees are taken directly by the Social Security Administration (SSA) out of the back pay award. The government send us our payment when it is all said and done. You’ll never have to bother with Social Security Disability lawyers’ fees. Your monthly payments will not be touched.

If for some reason we don’t win your case, we don’t get paid at all ― not by the SSA and not by you.

If we are not successful in obtaining you disability benefits, you owe us nothing.

Our firm will front the cost for any expenses necessary to prepare your claim. These expenses may include costs for medical records, copies and postage. In most circumstances, our expenses will not exceed a few hundred dollars for each case. Expenses for your case will be billed to you as soon as you receive a check for back benefits. If you are not awarded benefits, you will not be required to pay for any expenses.

When times are tough, you need a break when you can get it. Legal help is at your fingertips. Call us today at 855-702-9061 to get started.
