- Confirm that your application or appeal has been received and processed by SSA
- Notify SSA/DDS of any changes to your
- Medical history (conditions, procedures, providers, prescriptions, etc.)
- Work history
- Contact information (phone, email, mailing address)
- Manage your claim while you wait for a decision from the Disability Determination Service (DDS)
- Prepare and submit any documents needed to support your claim
- Contact SSA/DDS for updates on your claim
- Update you regularly on the status of your claim, including notifying you of anything required of you for your claim.
- In the event you are denied, we will prepare and submit any appeals necessary to move your claim forward in the process.
- If your claim requires a hearing, we will
- Request and submit medical records on your behalf
- Prepare your claim for hearing
- Represent you during the proceeding by presenting the strongest, most persuasive case possible
