QUICK TIP ABOUT SSA-827:

Make sure that you complete the Social Security medical release form in front of a witness, who is willing to sign the form and provide their contact information. The SSA requires a witness to vouch that it was, indeed, you who signed the SSA-827 form.

We’re here to help.

If you have questions or concerns about the SSA-827 medical release form, it is in your best interest to contact an experienced Social Security Disability lawyer. Our team has extensive experience handling Disability claims and will be glad to answer any questions you have.

The Disability process can be long and extremely paper-intensive. Missing a step or making a Disability mistake can cause delays or a denial. Our Disability team will handle the Disability process for you, including gathering medical information, handling the forms and submitting the necessary documentation.

We will make sure that nothing gets overlooked and everything is filled out properly ― especially the SSA-827 medical release form. Without that form, the Social Security Administration will not be able to get the medical records they need to make a decision on your claim.

We know you are going through a tough time physically, emotionally and financially. Securing the services of McDonald Law Firm won’t cost you anything up-front. Our fees are capped by the federal government and are contingent upon us winning your case. Even then, our fees are taken directly out of your back pay award so you will never receive a bill from us.

Statistics show that individuals who have an attorney when they apply are more likely to receive benefits than those that go it alone. Call us today at 855-702-9061 or fill out the contact form on this page.
